about

Recorded live at the now-gutted Killtime Warehouse in West Philly, January 1997. The show's lineup was Choking Victim, SKABS, Plan A Project, Dissucks, and The Orphans...so make a note of that for when you get the time machine up and running. BJ Howze did sound and recorded this on a 4-track direct from the board...we made a few cassette copies of the complete set and released it as "Live! At The Killtime!" in 1998. This track was supposed to appear on "Raise The Youth" after the Subhumans cover, but we wiped it off, thinking it was too sloppy. Typical Orphans: we could put together a song like "They" but when it came to a four-chord pop punk song with dumb lyrics, we'd mess it up.

"Snobs" was the third song we wrote. A demo version appeared on "Crap's Greatest Hits," our first demo.

about

Mischief Brew Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Emerging from the undead ashes of PA punk troupe The Orphans, Mischief Brew started with a scratchy demo tape in 2000 and has since spread the good word of anarchy, hilarity, and rebellion across state lines and even the Atlantic Ocean a few times. We've managed to exist for over 13 years in one form or another by kissing nobody's ass and doing everything ourselves, for the most part. No rules! ... more
